What is it? After a great kick-off in 2023, we're happy to announce two more events this year! My Time, My Life offers individuals and groups the chance to showcase their fun hobbies, and meaningful and exciting passions to an interested audience. This year we’ve opened it up to sports groups as well!

Whether you're into arts and crafts, sports, gardening, singing or anything in between, this is your opportunity to share your enthusiasm with others eager to try something new.

Research shows that engaging in enjoyable hobbies has profound benefits for mental health and overall happiness. Plus, hobbies are an excellent way to forge connections and build new friendships.
