The Macallan - One of the first distillers in Scotland to be legally licensed, since then has built a reputation as one of the worlds leading malt whiskies. The creation of The Macallan draws on the vital contributing influences of Spain, North America and Scotland - and of their respective natural raw material, combined with traditional methods and craftmanship.

Hopgoods & Co - located in the heart of Nelson was opened in 2005 by Kevin and Jane Hopgood with the aim of presenting modern, seasonally based bistro-style dishes in a casual and relaxing environment.
