It is in the wonderful comic and grotesque characters that the stories of Charles Dickens truly come to life. The worthies of the Christchurch Dickens Fellowship will present a miscellany of scenes and characters for your entertainment. An atmosphere of convivial fellowship and good humour is assured. Participants are encouraged to dress in Victorian costume to thoroughly enter into the spirit of the occasion. The festivities will conclude with a slap-up home-cooked afternoon tea.
