Your guide to events in Nelson, New Zealand

For the 10th year running, Hope School are hosting an affordable, family friendly day out.
A variety of stalls provide old fashioned value: home baking, preserves, pre-loved books, clothing and accessories. The well stocked plant stall is ready to supply gardeners with all their spring planting needs and more.
Stage entertainment will include the school choir, jump jam, dancing items along Hope School teacher Mr Connolly and his band Summer Sons performing very popular songs.
Our free Animal Petting area will provide a menagerie of critters for young and old to cuddle up to.
The children are well catered for with inexpensive entertainment: pony rides, bouncy castles, trailer rides, crazy hair, face painting, balloon creations, groovy golf, jolly jars, rugby hot shot, wreck-a-rodent and the ever popular legitimate stone throwing at the smashing crockery stand.
The Hope Hot Food tent has become synonymous with high quality fare catering for both meat lovers and vegetarians alike.
Local fresh apple juice, toffee apples, local fresh berry ice creams, great coffee and home baking will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth.
Our Silent Auction is always a draw card for bidders looking for a bargain.
