Funkdamunk, a name that has been promoting the glitch hop sound in new zealand since the earliest days of the genre. he launched the glitchnchop events in 2009, these were the first regular glitchhop events new zealand was to have. the glitchnchop brand was later turned into a record label and has had releases from the likes of K+Lab, Funkdamunk & Angus green, with music forthcoming from circuit bent, Grouch, Sensient & mustard tiger.

Funkdamunks track Swag hit number 12 of the beatport glitch hop top 100, and a bunch of other tracks have been a mainstay in the top 100 including clip clap with a boom shwack, Mc fly Was a rave (With K+lab) and the K+lab remix of swag, with several releases under his belt and the experience to go with it, look out for funkdamunks heavy glitch stylings at a club or festival near you in 2012
