Joe Bennett will launch the Festival on Friday 23 March over drinks, nibbles and entertainment in Mapua Bowling Club. On Saturday he will lead a creative writing workshop for adults while Melanie Drewery will run a half-day writing workshop for children. Lots of fun for younger children in the library on Saturday afternoon plus prize-giving for the short story competitions, limerick writing and literary quiz. The grand finale on Sunday 25th March will see the Village Hall transformed into a French Cafe for you to listen to four of your favourite authors whilst enjoying some platters of gorgeousness and a glass of wine or two.
