CHOR FARMER & The Nelson Male Voice Choir

The wonderful Chor Farmer from Tokyo return to Nelson for the 6th time, as part of their two-yearly goodwill concert tour.
Under the skilful direction of their founder, composer and conductor Hirosh Masumoto, and accompanied by the lovely Masako Yuvama the choir will perfoprm songs from their extensive repertoire of world folk songs, classical and popular music. Their precision, style and great sound are not to be missed.
They will again be billeted in Nelson and joined in concert by the Nelson Male Voice Choir.

Come along and enjoy an evening of fabulous singing in an atmosphere of warmth and goodwill.

CHOR-FARMER was organized as a Male Voice Choir of Tokyo University of Agriculture in 1967 by Hiroshi Masumoto. Now it carries out a wide activity as a general group apart from university organizations. It has the results of winning prizes in many contests, and it is an excellent choir in the best level.
